Is SupportAI free to use?

We offer a free but limited version. You can get access to 50 messages per month and upgrade at any time if you need more.

How accurate are the answers from SupportAI?

The accuracy of answers from SupportAI depends on the quality and relevance of the training data provided by you. With proper training, SupportAI can provide accurate responses to customer queries in seconds.

Will I be able to see the conversations between my visitors and my chatbot?

Yes, you will have full access to the conversations between your visitors and the chatbot. You will be able to review and analyze the interactions to gain insights into customer queries, satisfaction, and any areas for improvement.

What languages does SupportAI support?

We currently support 30+ languages including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Hindi.

Do you retrain the chatbot automatically when the website content changes?

Currently, you would need to manually retrain the chatbot by clicking on 'Retrain' for the updated pages. However, we are actively working on an automated solution for this.

Can I use GPT-4?

Yes, GPT-4 is available on the custom plan; however, we recommend sticking to GPT-3.5 for now as it's faster and more accurate.

What type of content can I use to train my chatbots?

We usually train chatbots by crawling your website to gather your website content, but you can also use any type of document or free input. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer questions.
