After subscribing to our services, you will fill in some forms in your profile settings. We will create your bot and set it up according to your needs. Once your bot is ready, all you have to do is forward your inbox to the mail domain we provide. Our resolvebot will take care of the rest, allowing you to focus on the enjoyable aspects of running a business!

Where is my data stored?

Good news! We don't need personal data to make the bot work. You just fill in some forms in your dashboard and the bot is working!

Do you have a free plan?

No, unfortunately, we don't have a free plan. However, we have a demo page at www.resolvebot.app/demo where you can see how it works.

Does Resolvebot make chatbots?

No, Resolvebot is specifically designed for email customer service. We noticed a lack of AI bots for email and created a bot specifically for that purpose.

What is the pricing?

We have a pro plan for businesses with a simple ecommerce or dropshipping store, priced at $20/month. We also offer an enterprise plan for businesses with different types of businesses, priced at $200/month.
